Growing up with my 4 children at times we struggled with the lack of food. When I came to a place where I was able to have, my desire was to give back to families in need. For over 40 years we have dedicated ourselves and time to giving back into the community by way of the Soup Kitchen. We are now in partnership with foodbank of Central Eastern North Carolina, Food lion Feeds Program, Aldi Grocery and DSS Emergency Food. For holidays we utilize the Dobbins Heights Community Center (222 Earle Franklin Drive Dobbins Heights NC, 28345) for our give away. For example, during this time, it was thanks giving and we were able to give out approximately 1000 turkeys and complete thanksgiving boxed meals. At Faith Assembly Outreach Ministries (148 Daniels Street Hamlet NC, 28345) We serve food boxes every Saturday from 10:30am to 12pm. We serve Dinner every Tuesday night at 5:45pm-7pm. We serve breakfast every 1st and 3rd Sunday.
